Welcome to Northern Star Foundation, a community-rooted nonprofit serving children, youth, and families throughout Hillsborough County, Florida. We exist because no one should have to navigate grief, growth, or life transitions alone. Through structured Grief Support Programs, transformational Youth Mentorship, creativity-based expression, and family strengthening resources, we walk alongside individuals in some of life’s most vulnerable and formative seasons.
